Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the best results because they scale cleanly to any size. High-resolution PNGs work too. If you only have a screenshot, a business card photo or a low-res image, our design team can redraw it. Send whatever you have and we will work from there.

Yes. Every order comes with a free digital mockup within 24 hours, so you see exactly how your sign will look. You can revise it as many times as you need. We never start production until you are happy with the design.

Yes, up until you approve your mockup. After that your sign goes into production and cannot be changed. Message us as soon as possible with your order number.

7 to 10 working days for neon signs and 10 to 14 working days for other signs, after you approve the mockup. UK delivery adds 1 to 2 working days with tracked shipping. If you need it for a wedding or event, put the date in your order notes and we will tell you straight away if it is too tight.

Every sign ships with tracked UK delivery, carefully packed with foam padding in a rigid box. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Signature on delivery is available on request.

Yes. We deliver across the UK and also ship to Ireland and Europe. Delivery time and cost for Ireland and Europe are confirmed with your order.

Yes. Every sign comes with a UK plug and a 12V adaptor. No electrician needed.

Screws and plugs are included for the wall. Choose the hanging kit to suspend it from chains or clear wire, or adhesive pads for a no-drill option on smooth walls.

Yes. Add the remote dimmer to switch it on and off and set the brightness from across the room.

Choose the splashproof version for covered outdoor areas, garden parties and gazebos. Standard signs are for indoors.

No. LED neon runs cool to the touch, so it is safe for bedrooms and nurseries.

LED neon looks like traditional glass neon when lit, but it is safer, lighter, uses less energy and lasts longer. There are no fragile glass tubes, no transformer hum and no fire risk.

Every sign comes with a full 2-year warranty covering the LED, power supply and workmanship. If anything fails through normal use within 2 years, we repair or replace it at no cost. The LED itself is rated for 50,000+ hours, so most signs last much longer.

Wipe gently with a soft microfibre cloth and a little water or mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the acrylic. Keep it away from direct steam.

Custom neon signs start from £89 full price, £71.80 with the 20% launch discount. Most home signs are £130 to £220, and larger pieces and logo work £200 to £400+. Acrylic cut signs are £180 to £400 and backlit acrylic £280 to £600+. Your mockup comes with an exact price and no hidden fees.

Yes. We offer special pricing for businesses ordering 5 or more signs, franchises and event suppliers. Contact us with your project details and we will send a custom quote. We also work with marketing agencies on white-label terms.

Yes. Every invoice shows the VAT clearly, so UK VAT-registered businesses can reclaim it through their normal HMRC return. Give your VAT-registered business address at checkout and we issue a proper VAT invoice.
